La Macina di San Cresci

“Artists are interesting creatures. We can be obsessive, dedicated, spirited and single minded in our pursuit for that perfect realisation of our art. We tend to be outsiders and are often that square peg in the round hole, so when you find an oasis like San Cresci you hold on tight -- for it’s that sense of belonging which welcomes you.”

Through my work I explore my interior also also show you my view of today's society, man in general and their behaviors. Seeking to create photographs with an atmosphere in which the chronological time is not defined, but which in turn refer to everyday situations. Create a space where everything is possible, where the mundane is mixed with the surreal, as it is the only way to be sensible with my own ideas, not always rub shoulders with reality. In an attempt to capture those ideas that float through the air, looking at a photograph materialize after you if any imprisoned in a sketch. This process allows me to expel those ideas to make room for new ones, in a continuous process that connects me with myself and the whole of which we are part.
