Family has and always will play a significant role in shaping my artistic practice, as my chosen art form was inspired by generations of women in my family. My philosophy relies on referencing the past in order to create something new and I turn to artists like Mariano Fortuny, William Morris and contemporary artist Liina Klauss to draw inspiration from.
